We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team and assist in client outreach, lead generation, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our services, generate leads, and provide information on our products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle queries professionally, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:

- Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service representative is preferred.
- Experience in the media and communication industry or advertising is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy towards clients’ needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Strong persuasive skills with a focus on relationship building.
