**Legal Advisor Job Description**:
**A Legal Advisor, or Legal Consultant provides legal guidance to businesses or clients. Their primary duties include structuring solutions for disputes, providing support in legal issues and reviewing legal materials and contracts.**

**Legal Advisor duties and responsibilities;**
- Assisting Directors in implementing the firm’s visions, plans and strategies as a whole
- Maintaining the organisation’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations
- Conducting their own cases and assisting other employees and partners in negotiating terms, representing and advising their clients
- Ensuring that services are provided on time and updating clients constantly on the progress and costs
- Providing legal services in a professional manner and adhering to the professional set of conduct by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
- Developing strategies to match and beat the competition and providing the quality of service that clients require
- Engaging with local communities, locals and referrers to promote the firm
- Providing correct, honest and positive judgment at all times in the client’s best interests
- **Legal Advisor skills and qualifications**:

- In-depth understanding of the court’s legal procedures and government regulations
- Ability to make effective decisions under critical conditions
- A profound understanding of the English language and attention to detail

**Salary**: ₹10,576.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
