QA Tester

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
- Execute manual tests to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
- Validate and verify bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring they meet the specified criteria.
- Clearly communicate test results and defects to the development team and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project progression.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manual testing methodologies.
- Assist in the development of automated test scripts and test data as needed.
- Actively participate in team discussions and knowledge sharing sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in manual testing**(excluding training)**:

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, concepts, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Attention to detail and ability to meticulously identify and document defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
