**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Sales Manager to plan operations and compile MIS reports.
- Prospect lists, understand product benefits, and address customer complaints.
- Execute operations efficiently across the customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and attend relevant training.
- Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance standards.

Relationships (Internal):

- Area Head: Weekly reviews on target achievement.
- Sales Manager: Business MIS and market development updates.
- Sales Governance: Ensure compliant operations and incentive execution.
- Builder Segment Team: Develop and maintain builder relationships.
- HR Dept: Performance Reviews and Training support.
- IT Dept: Back-end/systems support.
- Risk Dept: Monitor proposal logging and NPA trends.
- Operations Dept: Address client servicing issues and TAT reviews.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
