IT Administrator

**Key Responsibilities:IT Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and maintain office hardware and software (computers, printers, networks).
- Provide first-level tech support to staff for IT-related issues.
- Ensure data backups and cybersecurity protocols are in place.
- Install and update software and operating systems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and licenses.

**Social Media Handling**:

- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers or use basic design tools (like Canva) to create visuals.
- Run basic ad campaigns and track their performance.
- Manage company website.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT support and/or system administration.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of website CMS like WordPress.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
