Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the electrical manufacturing industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement quality control procedures with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on incoming materials, components, and finished products to verify their adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Perform root cause analysis and lead investigations into product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.

Lead and participate in quality audits, both internal and external, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable quality management systems.

Provide guidance and support to junior quality engineers

Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and quality metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for management review.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (B.E. in E.E.E).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies.

Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 9001, and experience in implementing quality management systems.

Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis,

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
