Job Summary:
As a Senior B2B Enterprise Marketing and Sales Specialist, drive our start-up's growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the enterprise market. Leverage your AI and tech industry expertise, outstanding communication, and sales skills to position our platform as the ultimate solution for businesses optimizing their concept testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute marketing and sales plans for enterprise clients
- Discover and qualify new business opportunities
- Build a robust pipeline and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless sales processes
- Achieve sales targets and stay updated on industry trends
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise marketing and sales (AI or tech industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and presentation software
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our Silicon Valley headquarters
Technical Knowledge:
- AI and technology industry insights
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
- Project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Social media platforms for networking and promotion (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
