**Skills Required**:

- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a all morning, evening and night shifts
- Experience with wordpress and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare & keep online records
- Provide customer service as first point of contact

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- eCommerce listing creation and optimization
- Order processing
- eCommerce Inventory management
- Adding tracking for orders
- Customer Support
- Basic photo editing resizing
- eCommerce competitor analysis and market research
- Social media management and analyzing customer insights

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and web analytics

**The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
