- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Claim Centre
- Trainer experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
