**Position**: Pharma Delivery Executive
**Department**: Logistics / Operations
**Location**: Bangalore Nandhini Layout / Mysore Road
**Reports To**: Logistics Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery & Transportation**:

- Deliver pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, healthcare centers, hospitals, and patients' homes in a timely manner.
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of products, following proper safety protocols.
- **Route Management**:

- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes.
- Ensure punctual deliveries and manage delivery schedules effectively.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of products and inventory verification at the point of delivery.
- Maintain proper records of the products delivered and received.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, ensuring that controlled substances and temperature-sensitive products are delivered according to legal and safety standards.
- Maintain and submit delivery records, receipts, and other necessary documentation.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service, including answering any queries and resolving delivery issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy staff.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use.
- Follow all safety regulations, both on the road and in the handling of pharmaceutical goods.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in logistics or delivery-related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a logistics-related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle and transport pharmaceutical products safely.
- Proficient in using delivery apps and basic technology (smartphones, GPS devices).
- **License**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive various vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, or vans, depending on the needs of the business.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to [insert weight, e.g., 20-25 kg]) as required for the position.
- Prolonged periods of driving and walking.
- Ability to work in different weather conditions.
