**Roles and Responsibilities of Legal Advisor for Srivay**
- Preparation of legal and business agreements
- Preparation of legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Protected the company against legal risks and violations
- To represent the company in legal proceedings
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with the legal regulations.
- Drafting of Legal Documents and Implementation of changes with the third party.
- Coordinate with the recovery team for cheque bounces.Case filings with the lawyer.
- Company agreement mistakes and drawback corrections
- Handling any legal corrections if any.
- Client negotiation on recovery of debts
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
- Document and maintain legal files and issues.

Qualification:
A law graduate with BL or LLB.

Experience

Min 3 yrs of Exp in the similar filed.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
