Accounting and Bookkeeping Associate

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role in Pune as an Accounting and Bookkeeping Associate. The role is during the US Hours and hence willingenss to work in night shifts is a must. The Accounting and Bookkeeping Associate will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries (accounting), analytical skills, finance, and accounting software. The Accounting and Bookkeeping Associate will manage financial transactions, recordkeeping, and reconciliations, work on a wide variety of tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, and provide basic information to internal departments and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Experience with financial statements, journal entries (accounting), and managing reconciliations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus (Yardi Voyager)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
