**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, and analytics.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and improve lead quality.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.

Pay: ₹20,798.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
