**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:

- Create original designs for clothing, accessories, or footwear based on market trends and brand identity.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to communicate design ideas.
- Select fabrics, embellishments, color palettes, and style for each garment or accessory.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Research and stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Incorporate trend analysis into design concepts and seasonal collections.
- **Prototyping and Sample Making**:

- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to produce prototypes of designs.
- Oversee the fitting process and make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and finish.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with market positioning and branding strategies.
- **Technical Specifications**:

- Prepare detailed technical packs and specifications for each design to guide production teams.
- Ensure that designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- **Presentation**:

- Present design concepts to stakeholders, including the creative director, marketing team, and buyers.
- Participate in fashion shows, trade fairs, and other industry events to showcase the brand’s collections.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the design budget for each collection, ensuring that designs are cost-effective and production is feasible within allocated resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in [specify industry, e.g., high fashion, casual wear, etc.].
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern making.
- Excellent creative, artistic, and visual skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred**:

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
