**Reports to**:**Senior Manager - Financial Security

**Job Overview**:
The role will be responsible for effective mainstreaming of livelihood projects at United Way Mumbai. We're looking for a dynamic person who has strong programme management skills & expertise in working for in urban & rural communities.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of livelihood programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in creating and executing weekly/ monthly project plans in alignment with the overall project timelines and goals.
- Identifying and liaising with sector expert organizations, government departments, private agencies, and NGOs for collaboration on various project components.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, and support timely completion of all assigned deliverables as per the project plan.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including government bodies, partner organizations, and community groups.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project activities, including event reports, field updates, case studies, and outcome tracking.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports and updates to the Manager for donor reporting requirements.
- Maintain the financial records, tracking expenditures, and supporting the Manager in financial reconciliation and reporting of project activities.

**Profile requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / Rural Development / Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in livelihoods, skilling, or community development projects.
- Prior experience in community outreach, mobilization, and working with rural or marginalized communities is desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Must be efficient in communicating in English and Hindi and efficiency in Marathi.

**Remuneration**:**Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 4.8 LPA - 7 LPA
