**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Real Estate **Location**: Bahadurgarh, Haryana **Experience**: 2-5 years in real estate sales or business development **Salary**: As per industry standards (Fixed + Incentives)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Growth**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop relationships with property buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competition.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales.
- **Client Handling & Negotiation**:

- Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in property visits, documentation, and legal processes.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales or business development.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bahadurgarh.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Other Requirements**: Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
