**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on CIVIL CAD software for clients and internal team members.
- Develop and deliver training materials such as presentations, demonstrations, and exercises that effectively communicate CIVIL CAD concepts.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust training programs as needed to improve performance.
- Work with clients to identify their design requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, test, and implement CIVIL CAD solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with CIVIL CAD trends and technologies, and evaluate new tools and techniques to improve training programs and solution development.
- Participate in design and construction projects as needed, including conducting research and development activities.
- Provide technical support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CIVIL CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Experience in developing CIVIL CAD designs and plans for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
