**Graphic/UI UX Designer**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing.
- Utilize Canva to create high-quality graphics and marketing materials efficiently.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- 3 year to 10 year of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in related fields.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
