Metro Standard Insulation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, analyzing construction blueprints, and collaborating with our project management team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for precision in estimating, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze construction blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Utilize construction software such as Active Takeoff and Bluebeam to perform accurate material takeoffs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
- Evaluate and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for bidding purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methodologies.
- Review and assess subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
- Collaborate with the project management team to provide ongoing support and insights during the construction phase.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree - Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in construction estimating.
- Proficiency in construction software, including Active Takeoff and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in estimating.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: From ₹11,366.64 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
