We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Jin Nai Apparel.

**Position Overview**: The Merchandizer play a crucial role in managing the production process, ensuring that the garments are made according to client specifications, and coordinating between different departments. This role is vital ensuring that production runs smoothly, on time, and meets client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and confirm orders from clients, including specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and track orders from initial receipt through production and final delivery.
- Ensure that orders are accurately processed and communicated to the production team.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan sewing schedules, ensuring that production aligns with client deadlines.
- Work closely with the cutting, sewing, and finishing departments to ensure that the garments are produced according to approved samples and specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of fabric, threads, and other materials needed for production.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their orders.
- Address any concerns or changes in client requirements promptly and ensure that they are implemented in production.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers to avoid production delays.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors to ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure that production stays within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of finished goods.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a Merchandiser role is required, preferably in a sewing or garment factory.

**Skills**:

- Attention to details and good with numbers
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Language**: English and local language

**Others**:
Willing to travel for work

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Merchandising: 2 years (preferred)
