**JOB PURPOSE**:
Working closely with FPOs and farmers and implementing the technology to reduce the cost of cultivation, increase farm productivity, increase price realisation, and introduce financial products for the FPO and shareholder farmers.
Suggesting product strategy and products that address significant issues faced by the farmers and FPOs. He/she is to assist in the design of the product as per the organisation’s strategy. Work closely with Product Manager, tech, operations, financial products and R&D teams. Assist in product sales, Marketing and business development.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**:

- Implementation of Doordrishti digital platform at the FPO & farmer level.
- Responsible for sourcing, identifying and generation of new ideas, based on internal intelligence, user behavioral trends, research market analysis and revenue maximization.
- Report and study the market requirement for the products, competitors
- products and industry analysis on the products.
- Work closely with business, technology, operations, credit and research teams to gather the product requirements and test the product/services with customers.
- Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders/ clients.
- Prepare and present business MIS to various stakeholders.
- Identify potential partners for backward and forward market linkages.
- Generate and execute business for backward and forward market linkages coordinating with FPO, farmers, operations team and partners.
- Manage lending operations in the area and take complete ownership of sales process, forecast sales and generate targeted numbers.
- Responsible for loan origination, disbursement and collections.
- Responsible for managing portfolio quality with zero delinquency and efficient collection practices.
- Lead a team of Krishak Sathis for execution of project and sourcing farmer loans.
- Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of Krishak Sathis.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets as per plan.
- Adherence to Audit / Compliance as per company Standards.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Post Grad/Management degree
- Post Grad/Management degree (Qualification in agri and allied is preferable)

**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years of overall experience in FPO working or sales experience in microfinance, agri loans, NBFC, MFI, banks etc.
- Should have worked on ground to resolve farmer issues.

**Knowledge/Skills required**:

- Excellent management skills are mandatory
- Excellent in MS Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good industry network to understand the methods being adopted by other companies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
