Saahra is a multibrand e-boutique located in New Delhi, specializing in conscious luxury fashion and lifestyle products. The platform is committed to sustainability and promotes awareness initiatives, trade shows, and conclaves. **This role is open for #ConsciousEffort - which is one of its largest IP's hosting sustainable fashion & lifestyle events pan-India.**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator at Saahra. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for **planning and organizing events, managing communication with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing event logistics, and driving sales.** If you are passionate about the below, this role is suitable for you
- Sale of stalls - pitching and closing with aligned brands/ designers for the show
- Managing and coordinating all showcasing participating brands for smooth operations and a successful show
- Ensuring brand marketing plans are aligned with our projects and events goals
- Coordinating with internal marketing teams, influencers and other marketing plans are well-executed on time
- Managing the event infrastructure team to ensure they deliver to quality standards and before time
**Qualifications**
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience and ability to drive sales
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in event management software
- Knowledge of fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
