**Role description**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients
- Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor HCM Cloud Suite / S3 Lawson
- Knowledge of Infor ERP (Infor HCM) - Global HR, Benefits Management, Compensation Management, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Goal Management, Absence Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Learning and Development and Infor Spreadsheet Designer Experience with business process validation, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support
- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client user training.
- Experience with configuring/implementing Infor HCM Applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
- Strong leadership skills: able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
