3. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketers, copywriters, and developers. Coordinate and prioritize design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

4. Inter Department Interaction: Understand the needs and objectives, participate in meetings or presentations to present design concepts and gather feedback. Adapt designs based on the preferences and requirements, maintaining effective communication throughout the design process.

5. Design Software and Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into the design process

.6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Maintain organized file management and version control systems

.7. Creative Strategy and Problem Solving: Understand the Brand objectives and target audiences, providing creative solutions to effectively communicate messages through design. Brainstorm and contribute to creative strategies and campaigns.

8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.9. Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Attend workshops, conferences, or online courses to enhance skills and knowledge.Desired Profile-
- **At Least 5 to 7 years experience in graphics design**_**- Interested in the world of beauty and skincare
- Believe in the brand visuals & it aligns with your creative juices
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives**_

**Skills**:_**- **_**Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline preferred. (NIFT, MIT, or Shrishti preferred)**_**- An aesthetic sense & creative vision
- Exceptional capability with typography, color, layout, and prototyping**_**Software Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator.**
**Should have a good command over written english / spell checks / error identification.**:

- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to create content that aligns with the brand profile
- Must come up with original visuals and designs that reflect passion and knowledge**_

**Salary**: Up to ₹840,000.00 per year
