**Job Title**: AR/AP Specialist - US Accounting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Process customer invoices, receipts, and payments
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of AR/AP experience in a US accounting environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
