With the digital retail wave alongside us, we’ve seen a **7x growth in the number of brands using Xeno**. **This role is for you if?** - ** Communication skills**:You need strong communication skills to communicate the desired message to target audiences. Your communication skills would help you express your ideas as well as produce work that incorporates a messaging hierarchy. - ** Problem-solving skills**: Strong problem-solving skills will allow you to modulate your messages to respond to the brand’s needs as well as propose fresh solutions. Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity - ** Ideation skills**: Your ability to create divergent routes as creative solutions and then converge on a route to develop the idea through to a solution will be an important skill in this role. Great chops for visual design & solid aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail **What you will be doing** **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Study design briefs and determine requirements, conceptualize visuals based on mentioned requirements. - Prepare rough drafts and generate ideas & concepts that are clear, communicative, and engaging. - Design on-brand social media creatives, decks, guides, print collateral, landing page and other designs as per requirements with the utmost brand consistencies - Work collaboratively with other members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Following the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design & communication **Must to have**: - Knowledge of Design Principles - Know how to use Figma, Webflow **What Xeno's culture will mean to you** - You'll have complete ownership & freedom to drive Xeno's marketing. - Company > Team: Your performance will be judged more by us winning together as a company vs. just your/ your team's performance. - Accountability at Xeno isn't top-down.
