Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
3. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software, installing new hardware, and performing backups.
4. Network Administration: Assist with network administration tasks, such as configuring network settings, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
2. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
4. Skills: Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
