Job description

Production In-charge/ Supervisor Responsibilities:
Maintain, ensure the planned dates mentioned in weekly schedule and deliver production in line with

quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Verification of drawings for any issues and prepare DCR if any to get the revised drawings.

Check and ensure 5-Ms for the jobs allotted - In-house & for fabricator to meet the planned dates.

Follow up with the vendors and ensure the components available on time which are outsourced.

Capture man-hours incurred for the jobs executed (project wise / month wise).

Process improvements to cut down the costs (Method Statement) and increase in productivity-Lean

Manufacturing.

Control on usage of machines and consumables.

ISO Documentation and updating of objectives, Corrective actions.

Develop multi skill workmen from contractors, Identify training needs for workmen.

Active Participation during New Product Introduction (NPI) along with Industrialization & Transfer of

technology.

Ensure rework and non-conformances (internal and external) are treated.

Identify and ensure the potential failure of a process-PFMEA.

Co-ordinate with QC for inspection and for any quality issues.

5S & SHE policy to be maintained.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Excellent computer MS Office experience.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month.

Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560105, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

Language**:Kannada / English (preferred) /Hind.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
