**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Editing**: Edit high-quality videos tailored for reels, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), and digital campaigns.
- **Creative Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling video concepts.
- **Social Media Focus**: Adapt videos to align with the latest trends and formats on social media platforms.
- **After Effects Expertise**: Use Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion graphics, transitions, and effects that enhance video quality.
- **Storytelling**: Deliver engaging narratives through video, ensuring the content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve video outputs.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, raw footage, and project files.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the social media marketing team to align video content with campaign strategies and audience preferences.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work suitable for reels and social media.
- Prior experience in a **digital marketing agency** is preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects**, **Premiere Pro**, and other video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.

**Creative Acumen**:

- Ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging video content.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and viral content formats.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
