Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, and educational tasks. They will assist in the admissions process, provide information to prospective parents and students, conduct follow ups and cold calling, and support the overall admission process.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and students
- Experience in sales, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the education system and admission processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Responsibilities: -**
- Handling admission enquiries
- Enrollment of new children
- Parent queries & concerns
- Work in coordination with Branch Head, Administrative incharge and Academic Incharge for required results in the areas assigned.
- Enquiry generation and collection of Data.
- Meet front desk requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
