Housekeeping Trainer

Monitor and manage labor and product costs during training.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all new-hire training, refresher courses, compliance training and education of team members and management on both one-on-one and group levels.
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for Housekeeping and EVS departments.
- Provide daily activities, as well as necessary guidance and support to maintain quality performance standards within introductory period and beyond.
- Assist Housekeeping and EVS management in the completion of annual performance reviews by providing feedback on team member’s performance.
- Create, customize, and maintain the Housekeeping and EVS training programs, to include training manuals, forms, checklists, etc. and department policies/procedures.
- Develop training videos and resource library; translate materials into Spanish as needed.
- Identify department challenges and implement best practices through training; generate new and innovative ideas to improve service standards and labor efficiencies.
- Assist leadership with pre-shift reminders for standards and safety. Prepare memory and training aids for team members, i.e., posters, etc.
- Prepare a detailed outline of training programs and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness and success rates.
- Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics to department and leadership.
- Analyze results of the department QA program and customer service satisfaction surveys to customize training focus in the department.
- Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and assumes other responsibilities, duties, tasks and assignments that contribute to the mitigation or response to any public health emergency.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
