Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for the IBDP Business Studies curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and objectives.
- Teach students fundamental concepts, theories, and principles of business studies, including but not limited to business organization and environment, human resource management, finance, marketing, and operations management.
- Foster students' analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through challenging coursework, projects, and assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work, assessments, and examinations to support academic growth and achievement.
- Stay abreast of developments and best practices in business education and the IB programme through professional development opportunities and networking with other educators.
- Support students in their personal and academic development, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience teaching IB Business Studies or similar courses at the high school level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
- In-depth knowledge of the IB Business Management curriculum, assessment criteria, and expectations.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
