Branch Officer

**Hiring for Branch Officer For Reputed Bank (On Payroll)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with opening new accounts, including current accounts and savings accounts.
- Provide information to customers about various account options, features, and benefits.
- Collect necessary documentation from customers, such as identification and proof of address, to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all account opening forms and documentation.
- Input customer information into the banking system accurately and efficiently.
- Process account opening requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to account opening.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and risk management, to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and policies related to account opening procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to account opening procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
