At Uni, the Care function does everything to make sure that the best resolution is provided to the customer. The function represents the brand to provide an excellent customer service.

**What you will do**
- Identify and assess customers' needs and answer customers' questions to your best ability
- Follow companys communication procedures and policies
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Maintain product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

**What you will need**
- Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service domain
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus
- Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore
- Comfortable with 6 Working Days
- Comfortable with rotational shifts as per business requirement. No night shift for female employees.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
