Job Responsibilities
- **Equipment Operation & Monitoring**:
Assist with the operation of plant equipment like pumps, blowers, and filtration systems, and monitor basic parameters as instructed by the operator.
- **Maintenance & Cleaning**:
Perform routine cleaning of plant areas and equipment, and assist with basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
- **Record Keeping**:
Help maintain logbooks and daily operational records, documenting tasks performed and any observed issues.
- **Sample Collection**:
Assist with the collection of water and sewage samples for quality control and testing purposes.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others.
- **Troubleshooting Support**:
Report operational issues and provide support to operators in resolving problems that arise during plant operations.
- **General Support**:
Assist with general tasks related to the plant's efficiency and cleanliness, such as transporting materials or tools.

- **Technical Skills**: Ability to follow instructions, understand basic machinery, and perform physical tasks.
- **Work Ethic**: Diligent, hardworking, and strong work ethics are desired.
- **Communication**: Courteous communication with co-workers and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- **Safety Awareness**: A strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures in a potentially hazardous environment.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including potentially lifting heavy equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
