Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies and statutory regulations. The role supports the Finance Manager in budgeting, auditing, and financial planning to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Financial Operations**
- Record daily financial transactions including revenue, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
- Prepare and verify income audit, cash flow, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor and client payments.
- Assist in monthly closing, trial balance preparation, and P&L reporting.

**2. Banking & Cash Management**
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate daily cash deposits.
- Monitor petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the bank for fund transfers, deposits, and account queries.

**3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance**
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Maintain proper records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

**4. Budgeting & Cost Control**
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor departmental expenses and suggest cost control measures.
- Analyze revenue and expense variances and provide insights for improvement.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**
- Generate financial MIS reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection.
- Support management with financial analysis and reports for decision-making.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hospitality financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (IDS, Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
