**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through engaging conversations.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
- Provide insights and feedback from calls to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing services to effectively communicate value to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales or calling role, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
