**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through research, prospecting and networking.
- Travel in the assigned market region and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
- To meet sales goals, by preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with solutions teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date with industry trends and networking opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel across the assigned area.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
