**Position**: Infosec

**Location**: Bangalore

**Experience**:6 to 10 Years

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Conduct ISMS gap assessments as per ISO standards (ISO27000/BCMS22301)
- Implementation of ISMS framework and standards
- Conducting Sustenance Audit, readiness Internal Audit
- Conduct Risk Assessments, MRM & awareness session.
- Update, build, create ISMS Documents, policies procedures.
- Understand Risk Strategy and build risk treatment plans.
- Conduct internal training on ISMS.
- Conduct Gap Assessments / risk assessments / Compliance audits based on NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and ISO 27701
- Perform Cyber Security Maturity assessment based on CMMC.
- In-depth knowledge on various information security and cyber security domains

**Skill set**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, communication - written and verbal.
- Good project management and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent PPT and excel skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment.
- Attitude: Positive, High on Energy, Adaptable and Accountable, Value Learning and Development, interact with others in a manner that is respectful, patient, tolerant and understanding
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example.
- Willingness to travel within India or abroad.

**Specific points for Managers & Deputy Manager positions**
- To manage a team size of 4 or more members
- To create project plan as per the agreed upon scope of work
- To track the health of projects to ensure they are on track. To take necessary actions in case of any anticipated roadblocks or issues
- To guide the team members to help them progress as per the project plan and also to help them work on their annual goals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Infosec: 7 years (preferred)
