**Job Title: Video Producer**

**About Us**: Outfox Social is a dynamic social media agency focused on driving business growth through innovative strategies. We seek a creative Video Producer to shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Plan**:

- Develop video concepts and storyboards with the marketing team.
- Plan and organize video shoots, including locations and equipment.
- **Video Shooting**:

- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Direct on-screen talent for effective delivery.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Add graphics, effects, music, and sound to videos.
- Optimize videos for various platforms.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain organized project files.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Revise videos based on feedback.
- Ensure videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media video optimization.
