**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords.
- Perform on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content optimization.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, and conversion rate.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., website speed, mobile-friendliness, indexability).
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement off-page SEO strategies, such as link building and outreach.
- Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
