You must speak and write excellent English for this job and have at least 3 years of experience in website design**:*

We are looking for an energetic, well-rounded Web Designer with experience in graphics, mobile design, layout, basic coding, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technology platforms such as Wordpress and HTML. This person will direct the overall look and feel of websites for our company and for our clients. Proficiency in SEM/SEO and video editing is a plus, but not required.

Essential Functions:

- Operate effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments
- Exceed expectations and provide high-quality deliverables in a timely manner
- Responsible for the design, copy and development of web pages and graphics
- Effectively develop in a clean, well-structured, and sustainable format
- Demonstrate creative, technical and analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
- Juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Adaptive, highly motivated self-starter with the technical skills to transform the company leadership’s visions into a reality
- Maintains a consistently positive attitude and high level of motivation
- Practical experience in development of HTML, CSS, and graphics creation with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing/creation. Adobe XD experience a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience strategizing to create meaningful and memorable brands
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team‐oriented environment
- Collateral and Ad Creation: knowledge of typography, spatial orientation the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, and basic design elements.
- BS / BA University Design or Arts degree a plus; significant work experience will be considered an equivalent.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- CSS: 3 years (preferred)
