**Requirements**:
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the lead UI/UX Designer to create the user experience for our core interfaces
- Embed yourself with a team of stakeholders, product managers, front
- and back-end developers
- Create wire frames, low-fidelity, high-fidelity, and prototype screen designs for the development team to execute
- Consult with the Design Lead, Product Manager and development team to review design interaction and provide reviews and collaborative feedback
- Assist Product Managers in communicating design decisions to stakeholders
- Be an advocate for the customer in terms of their representation in product design and interaction
- Champion user experience and advocate for design and help build our design team culture, processes, and systems
- Actively familiarize yourself and gain knowledge of our product through engagement and asking thoughtful questions
- Create, iterate, present, and deliver thoughtful design solutions

What You Will Need
- High degree of passion for delivering thoughtful and human-centered designs and experiences
- Expert level understanding of design research skills including user interviews, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to accelerate iteration and development
- Ability to take ownership of the design process and work autonomously, while still engaging with Design Lead and Product Managers for feedback and collaboration
- Strong desire and willingness to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, curiosity, collaboration, and perspective-taking skills - eagerness to understand the goals, values, and constraints of others, whether they are team members, users, or beyond
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- A Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years of professional industry UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma is a must
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
