**Job title: Duty Officer**
**Qualification**:Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management shall be preferred
**Experience: **:1- 3 Years of experience in hospitality.
**Salary Range (LPA): 16k-17k in hand**

- Pleasing Personality with **5.5’’(M) & 5.2’’(F)**
- Well Groomed
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure his responsibility areas are well equipped, operational and his team is provided with adequate tools. This includes:
- Cinema is clean
- All POS/ Equipment’s are active
- Ensure BGM is ON
- Marketing collaterals in responsibility area are in place
- Conducting Pre-opening Audi - check
- Responsible for improvement of Cinema Operations process and ensuring statutory Compliance adherence
- Brief his/her team member about the new releases / new marketing initiative & monitor its effectiveness
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygienestandards
- Ensure that Audi’s are opened in time and ESP (Front Enders) is available at the Exit to thank the patrons
- 100% assistance to the ESP.
- Responsible for maintain proper FIFO with special care to perishable product
- Maintains Displays, Danglers & all visuals at candy
- Responsible for customer query handling/situation handling
- Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre
- Train the staff for up selling, suggestive selling and in auditorium (SOS) selling
- Responsible for Compliance of Audit points and execution as per set norms
- Responsible for TAT for Patron complain resolution.
- Responsible for Training and Grooming of ESP as per SOP.
- Control on pilferages in allocated area during the shift
- Bills to be generated against every purchase and no cash variance (at concessions)
- Knowledge and functioning of Projection machine / software.
**Job Competence (Skills)**:
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Should have through knowledge and understanding of hotel/ cinema operations.
- Should have wide experience on handling customer queries.
- Good experience of F&B.
- Cross selling & up-selling.
- Proven ability to manage guests and processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
