**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Fixed) + ₹10,000 Incentives

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** for our Patna location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads for HT & LT Panels and related electrical solutions
- Prepare and submit quotations; follow up with clients to close orders
- Visit customers regularly and build strong, long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify potential markets, projects, and customers to expand business opportunities.
- Participate in tenders, prepare documentation, and support negotiation processes.
- Support in collection of payments and ensure timely receivables.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical and MBA in Marketing will be plus
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical or industrial sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (fixed)
