Function: Operations → Accounting / Finance
- Should have min 2+ Years Experience.
- Should have well Experience in Accounts Knowledge
- Responsible for Accounting & financial Activities at office/Area
- Good understanding on procurement to payments
- Responsible for adherence of all statutory compliances
- Manage assets & audits in the internal system resolve cash related issues through operation center

**Additional Requirements**:

- Good communications skills

- Graduate /Post graduate in Accounts/Finance well Experienced.

Additional to the Accounts role following responsibilities may added:
1. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs), take minutes and follow up on action points.

2. Draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with Companies House.

3. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.

4. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.

5. Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.

6. Depth knowledge in Law requirements.
