
Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Digital Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing plans that align with hotel goals and seasonal demands.
- Identify target audiences and digital channels to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
- **Content Creation & Management**:
- Develop and manage digital content across social media platforms, hotel website, and blog.
- Write engaging copy for ads, promotions, and campaigns that align with the hotel's brand voice.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage the hotel's online reputation.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:
- Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other search platforms to drive relevant traffic.
- Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- **Online Advertising**:
- Plan and implement paid social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed for ROI optimization.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and channels.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with the revenue management team to adjust strategies based on occupancy, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Liaise with front-office, food and beverage, and event teams to promote hotel offerings and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of trends in hospitality marketing and travel technology.
