Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate and liaise with external advocates, law firms, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare documentation for legal proceedings and assist in litigation management.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, or government offices when required.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate legal documentation.
- Ensure legal due diligence for business transactions.
- Support in handling intellectual property rights (IPR), licensing, and registrations.
- Provide legal opinions to different departments on day-to-day business activities.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support HR in disciplinary actions, employee disputes, and labor law compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and regulatory laws.
- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). Master’s in Law (LL.M) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
