**Job Title**: Site Surveyor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Analyze site conditions and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
- Establish and verify control points, reference markers, and boundary lines.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate site measurements.
- Maintain and update survey records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey data.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Surveyor or similar role in construction or land development projects.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with GIS software.
- Knowledge of land laws and building regulations.
- Certification in surveying (if applicable).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,208.58 per month
