Handling the reception desk to ensure effective telephonic communication
- Make bills for patients and take payment.
- Take appointment on phone, WhatsApp confirmation messages, give directions on the phone.
- Reporting and working on excel to maintain records.
- Call staff and make sure staff is present.
- Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
- To greet visitors and help them to navigate through an office and supply them with refreshment as they wait.
- Answers all incoming phone calls in a timely manner, directs them to the appropriate person.
- Sorting and distributing letters/documents.
- Greets all visitors in a courteous manner and contacts the appropriate person that the visitor has arrived.
- Ordering and organizing food and cakes for birthdays or events.
- Arrange couriers service.
- Ensure timely coordination with admin vendors.
- Monitor office supplies and order them.
- Provide administrative support to other staff and general office duties as required.
- Control and manage all allocated administrative functions, in charge of all expenses for office co-ordination, checking and order new equipment, stationery, pantry and other support as needed.
**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:
